How long does the custom printing process take?
Once your artwork is approved, production typically takes 3-5 business days. Shipping times vary by location, but most orders arrive within 7-10 business days.
What file formats do you accept for custom logos?
We recommend high-resolution vector files such as AI, EPS, or PDF. We also accept high-quality JPG and PNG files, provided they meet our minimum DPI requirements for large-scale printing.
Are your custom tents waterproof and UV-resistant?
Yes, all ABCCANOPY custom tents are crafted from high-quality 500D Oxford fabric that is 100% waterproof, fire-resistant (CPAI-84 certified), and provides UPF 50+ UV protection.
Do you offer free shipping on custom orders?
We offer free standard shipping on all custom tent packages within the contiguous United States. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for an additional fee.
What is your return policy for customized products?
Because custom products are manufactured to your specific design, we cannot accept returns unless the item is defective or there is a printing error on our part. We provide a digital mockup for approval before printing to ensure accuracy.
